ResponderEliminarNot anly it allows us to overcome our daily drawbacks but it also makes us more concious that our job is to propose, implement, evaluate and take action in the transformation of our academic scenarios.
It is not a myth that there is a bunch of resources available for being evaluated and selected to be used in our classroom to foster the language learning process, even though, we can also design ours in order to do so. If we do this process properly we might assess our students' immediate needs. But if we want to be as accurate as possible we must refer to (what do learnes really want want from their EFL course - Davies Alun, n.d.) through specific questionnaire, but even more look back to The Learner-Centred Curriculum (Nunan David, n.d.) and Course Design (Dubin Fraida, n.d., and Olshtain Elite, n.d.). So we will do things right since the beginning by evaluating the teacher at the beginning of the year and by the students at the end of the year through a specific questionnaire.
